YOUR VALUE

She wrote the book
i forgot to write
the one that only seen her side

When

She says sorry that i am broken
i’ve given what others have taken
again sorry if i have mistaken

You

For the rest that have spoken
half truths to the depths sunken
& built 40 feet high in age

Now

I write how we should manage
like a Gemini twin mirrored in this adage
cause i too have been left to cope
i smile even though this is no joke

As

I cant walk in their shoes nor yours
without faith what is there to hold onto
if you’re unmovable

How

Can we continue
i see it as the same story in a different venue
if you allow the past to
hold you

&

Even if it repeats itself you’ve
added to your value

HOLDNG HANDS

HOLDNG HANDS

Her past was really toxic
by how she says it
as i view her stories credits

Wishing

I could erase itI
with my pens magic
or with the happines i imagine

Between

Us two being platonic
truly soulmate status
as i taker her hands minus

The

Burdens of not knowing us
